What was all that noise, you ask? Construction Pros has just completed combining our corporate offices and panel shop within a 25,000-square-foot facility on Chapel Street in Newark.
We’ve been busy packing boxes and moving equipment out of the 7,000-square-foot facility in Bridgewater and putting the finishing touches on our new state-of-the-art panel fabrication shop. Now that we’re settled in—we hope you will stop by and check out our new headquarters.

Our wall panels are designed and built in the shop, saving material waste and avoiding delays due to poor weather conditions. Once the panels—and the job site—are ready, they are loaded onto a truck, delivered and installed with a crane. Here, you can see the panels going up at The MC Hotel, an 8-story hotel in Marriott’s Autograph Collection opening in Montclair in 2018.
Projects go up fast.
By opting for pre-fabricated panels, developers can expedite their projects by weeks, if not months. The wall panels for an 8-story hotel in Berkeley Heights, for example, went up in just two days per floor. Anything we can do to speed up the production on site saves everybody time, and that translates into money.

In addition to more than tripling our warehouse space, Construction Pros has made an important capital investment in a Jobsite PS800 Steel Stud & Track Roll Former. The Jobsite PS800 steel stud machine roll forms steel stud and track members for use in wall, floor and truss framing. The standard machine produces stud & track members from 3 5/8″ (92.1mm) to 8″ (203.2mm) widths and 26 gauge to 14 gauge steel. Producing at 75 feet per minute, this is the fastest machine on the market.
